Jim Eaton, NTP

Jim Eaton is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) by the Nutritional Therapy Association. While doctors receive an average of only 19.6 hours of nutrition education across four years of medical school, NTPs like Jim are involved in a 9-month intensive, averaging more than 400 hours of study, coursework, and hands-on practicums.

Jim’s nutrition advice is based on a whole foods regime, and participants appreciate his gentle, understanding, yet straight-forward nature. He follows the advice he gives to his clients day in and day out, and he encourages people to discover what works best for them using the advice he gives as a blueprint. From there, transformational changes happen.

Jim promotes a healthy modern day diet, complete with things like:

  • fish,
  • grass-fed / pasture-raised meats (beef, poultry, pork),
  • eggs,
  • vegetables, roots & fruits,
  • mushrooms,
  • and sprouted seeds & nuts.

Excluded are processed “food products,” grains, canned or unsprouted legumes, refined salt, refined sugar, and processed oils.

His own experience eating this way changed his life.

Evolutionary Eaton’s clients benefit from:

  • increased energy,
  • better body mass index,
  • increased muscle,
  • stabilized moods,
  • less anxiety, and
  • better overall health.
