Jim Eaton is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) by the Nutritional Therapy Association. While doctors receive an average of only 19.6 hours of nutrition education across four years of medical school, NTPs like Jim are involved in a 9-month intensive, averaging more than 400 hours of study, coursework, and hands-on practicums.
