How It Works

  • Individuals or companies join a monthly group that’s run completely online, and moderated by a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (most are moderated by Jim Eaton, NTP; groups over 50 are co-moderated to ensure individual attention).
  • Each week, participants are given guidelines for what they can and cannot eat (and told why!). 
    • Week 1 starts off with the basics
    • Week 2 becomes a bit more progressive, and
    • By Weeks 3 & 4, participants are fully immersed in the program and learning what foods & habits are best for optimal health.
    • End of Week 4 sees the group slowly reintroducing foods that were eliminated, and quickly uncovering the source of their biggest issues.
  • Every day, a new post is shared by the Group Moderator.
    • Participants comment about what they’re experiencing, feeling, learning, etc.
    • The Group Moderator answers questions, addresses concerns, and steers the group toward optimal health as the weeks go on.

  • Participants experience a variety of benefits from the monthly programs, some of which have included:
